Reroofing
M. Potteiger Inc. works closely with industry leaders providing roof replacement services on many facilities across Central Pa, Maryland and New Jersey. Once a request is made we will meet to inspect the roof and present you with a proposal on the best system to meet your roofing needs. After work is complete your building will be entered into the M. Potteiger management portal and turned over to our MPI service department for the life of your roof system to insure that your roof is serviced to maintained a watertight condition for the life of the building. This procedure will help to insure that your roof is serviced to maintain a watertight condition for the life of the building.
Manufacturing & Warehouse
On a yearly basis our company installs 10 to 15 million square feet of low slope roofing. Those quantities ranks use as one of the Top 100 roofing contractors in the country.
